You can return most items free of charge within 7 calendar days. This does not apply for products on promotion and products in which hygiene plays a part.
Returns are at the buyer’s risk, which means that we are not liable for any damage or loss sustained by items returned. Accordingly, always ask the post office for a 3S number [Dutch track and trace number] and keep it safely.

For items that have been returned in the correct manner, the obligation to pay for the item in question is cancelled or the amount you have paid will be refunded to your account.

Before using our returns procedure we would like to point out the following to you:

Under our terms and conditions of supply:
• Claims in respect of deliveries and/or any discrepancies must be notified in writing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods;
• Claims in respect of quality and/or quantity must be notified in writing within 7 days of receipt of the goods;
• Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of discovering hidden defects.

If you return goods they must always be accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice.
Products returned must be undamaged and in their original packaging.
