A statutory 7-day approval period is applicable in the Netherlands. Within this period you can cancel the order without stating any reason(s). You can do this in writing by sending an e-mail to, or by sending the products back. Please return the products within the stipulated period to:

Products returned are to have the correct postage in order to avoid carriage surcharges. Carriage charges will be refunded and credited to you by return. Should the products be damaged or if they have been used, you will be charged a statutory sum. You can prevent this by only testing the products as you would in a shop or by returning them unused in their original packaging.

The following are non-returnable:
Products that are made to the customer’s specifications, that are explicitly adapted to the customer’s personal requirements, or products which due to their nature are unsuitable for returning.
